Cosmetic Surgery Clinics (CSC) is to nurture existing interest in cosmetic surgery by promoting patient education and delivering the highest standard of both non-invasive and surgical care.

Cosmetic Surgery Clinics (CSC) goal is to develop and expand interest in cosmetic plastic surgery in Laguna Beach and Orange County, at large. Under the direction of Dr. Arian Mowlavi, a board certified plastic surgeon, CSC will offer a wide range of cosmetic care that will provide both noninvasive maintenance as well as surgical rejuvenation. Additional goals include providing excellent quality of care, promoting a healthier lifestyle, developing a comprehensive research division within CSC that will rival any existing cosmetic surgery research center, developing a state-of-the-art tele-health program for national and international consultations/presentations, and enhancing cosmetic surgery educational opportunities.


The CSC growth opportunities are expected to extend beyond the Laguna Beach facilities and stretch into other coastal cities along the California coastline. The growth of CSC will provide awareness to local, regional, and world communities that we deliver quality cosmetic surgical care. In addition, Dr. Mowlavi's relationship within the plastic surgery community will bring a unique presence and outlook to the center. These physician relationships will allow CSC to develop strong connections and resources with other nationally acclaimed surgeons and surgical centers.
